Hot & Sweaty is LIT's first team, and it is one of the longest-running teams in DC.  It consists of LIT's instructors & directors and represents LIT as its offical touring company at comedy festivals around the country.  Formed during a hot summer in 2010 with six members, Hot & Sweaty was the inspiration that eventually led to the formation of LIT Comedy.  Hot & Sweaty has cultivated more comedic talent & instructors, produced more shows and attended more festivals than any other team in DC bar none.
